Enjoy Moab’s finest location and the great outdoors in our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single level townhome. Great views of both the Moab Rim and Gold Bar Rim and only a couple minute walk to the central downtown area. A 2 car garage plus 3 additional driveway spaces and plentiful on street parking makes this home extremely convenient for bringing all your trailers and toys!

An open floorplan and plenty of seating for everyone in your group with a 60” TV and fireplace in the living room, a 45” TV in the master bedroom, 32” TV in the queen bedroom, WIFI and a washer/dryer (detergent is provided). A protected courtyard with a Kitchen Aid BBQ plus multiple other outdoor seating areas and a private fenced back yard makes this home perfect for kids and pets. Plenty of games and guide books are also provided and the ping pong table is in the garage.

The community indoor pool is one of the only year round pools in Moab.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and all amounts paid will be refunded in full. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer travel insurance.

    This house is located within walking distance of downtown, restaurants and shops. Communication with the property managers was great. The house was very clean, and had amenities that you don’t normally expect at rentals such as hand soap, toiletries and kitchen items such as plastic wrap, and an entire spice rack. The kitchen was fully outfitted with dishes and every utensil you could dream of. We did not use the adorable fire pit in back, but it looked lovely. The community pool was also a good perk. We would highly recommend this property for a party of six. It can sleep eight with the roll away beds, but with only two bathrooms, it might be tight.

    House was very nice. Plenty of room for our family. It was great to have our dogs with us and they enjoyed the fenced yard. We used the fire pit several times in the evening. The location was very convenient to town, stores and restaurants. Only negative was that the garbage container was 2/3 to 3/4 full when we arrived

    Just like everything else in Utah, pictures just don't do this place justice. It's even better in person! The location is perfect, it's beautifully decorated and spacious, fully equipped and the management was awesome! Any time I contacted them with questions they responded immediately and were friendly and helpful. We all had a fabulous time and wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again. Loved it!

    What a great place to call home for a long weekend. House is as described/pictured, with very cute furnishings and everything we needed for a comfortable trip for several families. Ping pong table was an awesome way to keep the kids entertained and the open floorplan of main living area felt so spacious, despite 10 people and 2 dogs! Location made quick walks to downtown easy. We usually camp when visiting Moab but this was the ideal setting for late winter/early spring trip.

    Location was great and everything worked as it should. Check in time is very late, 4pm. No early check-ins are considered. Lots of ants in kitchen, even on the counters.

      Thanks for your feedback. Professional pest control exterminated the townhome June 30, 2017 based on guest feedback. Early check-ins are a challenge during the busy season when guests depart the same morning as the next arrival.
