Our 2,600 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome (Unit 13) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort, built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza. The townhome's location offers ultimate convenience in all seasons! It's just steps away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops, and skiing amenities.

This townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, an open concept floor plan with plenty of seating and space to relax with family and friends. In addition to the main living space and the formal dining area, there is also a bar which provides additional seating. The layout of the townhome makes it the perfect option for multiple families or friends.

Bed Configuration (there are flat screen TVs in every bedroom):

2nd Bedroom - King (3rdLevel)
3rd Bedroom - 2 Twins (3rdLevel)
4th Bedroom - Queen Bed, Bunk Beds (single over single), and Futon (Ground Floor)

The master bedroom features a gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom.

The townhome has a washer/dryer, WiFi, and an attached heated 2 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, lift tickets, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and all amounts paid will be refunded in full. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer travel insurance.

    Description was accurate, location was amazing - a true ski in/out. Beds were comfortable and everything was immaculately clean. Made one call to manager regarding a pilot light and it was addressed within minutes. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essential cooking needs. Plenty of room to move around; we never felt like we were piled on top of each other. Cannot wait to return!
