Our 2,400 square foot, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom Elkpoint townhome (Unit 2) is one of the few true ski in/ski out properties at Purgatory Resort, built right on the slopes and just a short walk/ski to the main plaza. The townhome's location offers ultimate convenience in all seasons! It's just steps away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops, and skiing amenities.

This townhome features a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, an open concept floor plan with plenty of seating and space to relax with family and friends. In addition to the main living space and the formal dining area, there is also a bar which provides additional seating. The layout of the townhome makes it the perfect option for multiple families or friends.

The master bedroom on the main level features a gas fireplace and a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom.

The townhome has a washer/dryer, WiFi, and an attached heated 1 car garage that has plenty of storage room for gear.

The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

Cancellation Policy: A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
