Just named one of a handful of Airbnb Plus homes in Phoenix, the "Eco Inn" is just 5 minutes from the great food, shopping, and energy of the Biltmore and Arcadia areas, while Sky Harbor Airport (PHX), Central Phoenix, the Camelback Corridor, the PHX Convention Center, and Old Town Scottsdale are 10 minutes away.

Quiet hours from 10 p.m. - 8 a.m. - closely monitored by neighbor/caretaker; no gatherings larger than 20 people; extra $100 cleaning fee applies to small events.

Cancellation Policy: A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    Highly recommend for a business or vacation stay. Wonderful modern design with an open kitchen/living area layout. Well appointed with kitchen amenities, comfortable beds and linens.     So glad we found this premier abnb! Well laid out, beautiful home; guests have privacy (3 bdrms/2 full baths) with generous closet/drawer space plus laundry, making long stay easy.     Whether you are traveling for business or leisure this home, located in the heart of Phoenix, is a must for your next visit!

    Its sustainable architecture and design, which feature a range of water and energy efficiency measures, make it a perfect pairing for the desert landscape. It is extremely well-appointed with the touches and high-end finishes you would expect of a home this caliber. It is incredibly clean and well-decorated. To top it off, the beds are super cozy -- you're guaranteed a great night's sleep!

    It’s located within easy driving distance to downtown and Sky Harbor Airport, and near area hiking trails and delicious neighborhood restaurants. Be sure to try the host’s recommendations – he won’t lead you a stray!

    The management staff was awesome! Easy to work with and helpful when needed. The booking process is seamless, and the best part is you can book the home directly on Premier Vacation Rentals’ website and avoid paying booking fees charged by VRBO and AirBnB.

    All in all, we had wonderful stay and would recommend this sustainable home to anyone traveling to Phoenix who wants to stay in the heart of the city in style!
