This 2 bedroom apartment is part of a fourplex building in the heart of Denver. With all new furnishings, this space comfortably sleeps 6 guests. There is a Queen size bed in the 1st bedroom and a Full in the 2nd bedroom. A brand new sleeper sofa is located in the family room. A spacious, shared back yard is furnished with sitting areas and a gas grill. If you are renting a car during your visit, you will have an assigned space in the garage.

Planning on eating at home, the newly remodeled kitchen will make it a breeze. We have everything you need to cook up your favorite meal...if something is missing, just give us a call and we'll have it delivered. Just take a quick stroll to Trader Joe's (one block away). If eating out is more your style, there several good restaurants within walking distance...or take a short Uber ride to Denver's best restaurants downtown (5 minute ride).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and all amounts paid will be refunded in full. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer travel insurance.

    We enjoyed our stay at this location. The property was very clean and in a good location. There were many restaurants and a nice coffee shop within walking distance. The property is located in a great spot for exploring Denver or taking day trips into the mountains.

    My husband and I are already talking about how we would stay here again next time we come to Denver. Beautifully decorated, clean home. The garage was a definite plus and the backyard courtyard was very nice to have breakfast at. The location was another plus. We were able to walk most places we wanted to go. Management was very responsive with any questions and requests we had. The only negative was that there was no full length mirror and the only mirror in the house was in the bathroom above the sink and it was hung pretty high.

    We wanted to experience what it would be like in Denver for a full month. We like the walk ability of urban settings. This location lent itself to easy access to all Denver has to offer. The rental property was very clean and comfortable. It had all the amenities we needed. We definitely would stay at there again!
