This home is located on the 12th fairway in the Dalton Ranch Country Club in the beautiful Animas Valley just 10 minutes north of downtown Durango and 20 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort.

Our single level 2,000 sq. ft. 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features A/C in the Master Bedroom and Main Living Space, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and fantastic outdoor living space over looking the 12th fairway with a gas grill.

The centerpiece of Dalton Ranch is its challenging 7,040-yard championship semi-private golf course. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes.

Trimble Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile and the home is within immediate access to recreational opportunities- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing (the list is endless really).

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and all amounts paid will be refunded in full. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer travel insurance.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, lift tickets, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.

    This home was perfect for our 2 family spring break ski vacation. In the past we have always stayed at Purgatory Resort but we really enjoyed the convenience of being closer to town. It gave us the option of having a nice dinner at some of our favorite restaurants in town or enjoying our time at the house while grilling dinner.

    The common areas are very spacious for our family to gather for meals and games.

    Keith Brant is the most attentive property manager. Most properties/experiences aren't flawless. I just want to know I have someone to go to and get a reasonably quick response when we do run into a snag. This is our 4th time renting from Premier Vacation Rentals. He is our only choice when visiting Durango and some other Colorado areas.
