Explore Moab's iconic landscape while staying in our gorgeous 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom townhome located just 6 minutes from downtown Moab. This townhome features two distinct incredible outdoor living spaces making this the perfect base camp for all of your adventures. The ground-level patio has a private hot tub, gas fire pit, ample outdoor seating and dining space. The townhome also features second-level rooftop deck that has a gas fire pit and unmatched views of the Moab Rim, Moab Golf Course, and views of the surrounding red rock landscape.

The townhome showcases new modern kitchen with granite countertops, an open floor plan that's great for entertaining, and 3 King Beds, making this a great option for multiple couples or families.

While staying in this townhome, guests are immersed the unique Red Rock and Slick Rock topography giving you a sense of the wide-open Wild West that Moab is so famous for. This townhome provides the ideal accommodation for your Moab stay! The Moab golf course is located across the street from our complex and the Steel Bender jeep trail and Flat Pass hiking and biking routes are less than 1/4 mile down the street. Enjoy a panoramic view of the incredible Moab vistas from the second floor rooftop deck, or lounge in the cool shaded patios located on the ground level.

Guests have access to a one-car garage and driveway for parking during their stay.  While trailers are not allowed to be parked in the driveway per the HOA, there is plenty of parking for trailers etc. on-street across from the townhome.

Cancellation Policy: A payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 45 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than forty-five (45) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

    I would definitely recommend this condo as a place to stay in Moab. It was very spacious, clean and the d├ęcor was really nice and comfortable. It was close to a large gas station, which was helpful since we were out wheeling everyday. Getting fuel and free air to air the tires back up was a breeze. There is also a great restaurant that was handy for a day or two when you came in for the day and didn't want to have to drive into town. When we did, it was just a short drive. It was quiet and overall just a great experience! We will definitely be back.
