Totally renovated in 2019, this 4-bed, 2-bath Willo historic district tudor revival home is perfect for families with children, or groups wanting communal spaces, but with plenty of privacy. The gated compound includes a 3-bedroom, 1-bath main house, a 1-bed, 1-bath adjacent guest house, 2 gated patios, off-street parking for up to 3 cars, a charming front porch, lush garden with lawn games, gas grill and outdoor living/dining spaces. The compound features super-fast 300 mbps wifi, 2 fully outfitted kitchens with quartz counter tops, and resort-grade bedding and linens.

Visit Phoenix like a local with a morning coffee on the front porch, a game of korn hole on the rear lawn, or a glass of wine in the shaded and very private outdoor living room. And for those who would prefer more walkability than is often the case in Phoenix, you can leave the car behind and walk to coffee shops, cafés and bars (2 minutes), the Heard Museum of American Indian Art (3 minutes), and The Phoenix Art Museum (12 minutes). The year-round Phoenix Central Farmer’s Market (every Saturday) is a 4-minute light rail ride, and downtown Phoenix is a 6-minute train ride. The house is also perfectly centrally located to access any of the 10 Cactus League Spring Training venues. And If you’d rather see the city on 2 wheels, grab a Grid bike-share bike at the station around the corner. Also just 4 blocks south of Dignity Health St. Joe's Medical Center, and 5 minutes' drive from Phoenix Children's Hospital.

For those with sensitivities to dust and scents, we use Method cleaning products, scent-free soap, shampoo and laundry detergent, non-allergenic pillows and super-allergen Merv 13 whole-house air filters. And for added filtration, each bedroom includes its own HEPA air filter. And for families traveling with children, we offer the following items at no extra charge to save you from having to pack and carry them with you: high chair, stroller (for one child), pack and play, baby gate and childproof electric-outlet covers.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty and all amounts paid will be refunded in full. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy increases to sixty (60) day prior to the arrival date to receive a full refund with no penalty. We do offer travel insurance.
